Greetings from Mexico City. This was the first chocolate I ever used from Santa Barbara Chocolate Company and I am happy to say it is one of the best chocolate's I've ever used. I replaced our Belgian chocolate (which I had been using for 18+ years) with this chocolate from Santa Barbara and have had nothing but success with the switch.
