The Arriba Nacional's natural cacao flavor comes through in our chocolate. Delicate red berry and floral tones accent the chocolate along with nutty after tones. Santa Barbara Chocolate's Ecuador Rainforest Organic Chocolates are the true Arriba Nacional Cacao and not the imitation CC51 genotype cacao typically sold in stores as being top quality Ecuador chocolate.
