This is my favorite white chocolate I've ever worked with in our kitchen. It doesn't cloy, isn't too sweet and has the perfect viscosity. I've created a line up of white chocolate truffles, fondue and creme brulee using the Biafra White Chocolate and our guests love it. Thanks for your quality chocolate. -Exec Chef Rich
