This is my favorite all-purpose chocolate. It is so easy to work with and has a wonderful flavor profile that adapts to almost any recipe. I noticed an immediate difference in my finished products when I started using this chocolate. I had been using the Callebaut and Guittard brands before, but this product far surpasses those brands on quality, ease of use, and taste. I also like the excellent customer service I receive when ordering these chocolates or any other chocolates. Any questions I have about the product are immediately answered in excellent detail.
