There is no better product for baking, far surpasses any chocolate I have used in my life--- or like many bakers ---snaking on when we are baking. Keeps well and I give bags to friends for their use, one friend in particular grabs a handful a day for antioxidant purposes! Here is to healthy eating and healthy chocolate.
