Just wanted to say: I just received my order and I am very impressed with your chocolate. It has a pure, clean chocolate flavor without the bitterness. I had some 47% chocolate chips that I bought from a PCC in Seattle, which is what I have been eating for a long time and when I tried them after your 66% I was dumbfounded. They NOW taste waxy and dull when before they tasted great compared to Whole Foods' chocolate chips. I am hooked on your chocolate and will definitely recommend your product to others.
I also want to especially thank James for his time and help. He answered all my many questions and gave me some cool tips. Working with him has been a pleasure and look forward to future purchases from your company. In fact, the way I am eating this stuff it wont be too long before I will need more. I can't get enough of it. It is addicting!
